The practice commenced in 1986 after the partners Carl Parker and John Hartley spent many years with Leeds based firms.

The practice has expanded rapidly and the client base consists of sole traders, partnerships, limited companies spread over a geographical area from Scotland to London.

The practice undertakes ongoing investigation work (an area on the increase) bookkeeping, VAT, taxation, budget/cash flows, and annual accounts preparation at competitive fees.
